Part Time Sales Associate

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that meets customer expectations. Drive sales through active customer engagement, support store initiatives, and participate in team training. Maintain a high standard on the sales floor while supporting multi-channel purchasing tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand needs and drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Support and execute company and store initiatives to deliver a consistent brand experience.
• Participate in team training and contribute feedback to management on opportunities.
• Utilize digital and alternative purchasing tools (e.g., Gladly, Click to Zoom, Ship to Home) to broaden sales channels.
• Maintain sales floor presentation and store standards at all times.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and support a customer-first environment.
