Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor to drive sales and support store performance. The role helps achieve individual and store KPIs, supports visual and operational standards, and assists customers with styling and fitting. This part-time role requires collaboration with the store team to uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and a personalized shopping experience on the sales floor.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and contribute to sales plans.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, advise on sizing, and support styling.
• Support floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), opening and closing duties, and back-of-house tasks.
• Maintain store visual standards and follow merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in company trainings and communicate product and customer feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to perform physical tasks on the sales floor and maintain store standards.
