Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver elevated, client-focused experiences on the sales floor while driving personal and team results. This role combines expert product knowledge, personalized styling, and proactive clienteling to grow relationships and sales. It is a store-based position and can be a pathway to future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations
• Drive individual sales goals and contribute to store sales targets
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling
• Coach and support Brand Ambassadors and collaborate with the team to uphold store standards
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with store initiatives and outreach
• Adapt product presentation for in-person and remote customer interactions

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate the register for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Experience using digital sales tools preferred
