Outlet Team Associate - Merrimack

Summary

The Outlet Team Associate provides friendly, efficient customer service and supports sales operations at the Merrimack outlet location. This role assists customers on the sales floor, maintains merchandise presentation, and performs cashiering and fitting room duties. The associate works collaboratively with the store team to help achieve sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide product information, and drive sales.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandise presentation on the sales floor.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory organization as needed.
• Support fitting room operations and customer returns/exchanges.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
