Pt Sales Ambassador

Summary

As a Sales Ambassador, you deliver elevated customer experiences on the sales floor by offering personalized styling and product expertise. You build lasting client relationships through active listening, clienteling and use of digital tools to drive sales. This role supports store performance and serves as a pathway to future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations to meet client needs.
• Drive individual sales performance and support the team in meeting monthly and annual sales plans and KPIs.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools like Polo Connect to capture customer data and enhance clienteling.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors and contribute to team training and company initiatives.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store events and community outreach.
• Support talent sourcing and provide feedback to management on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and client relationship building skills; experience with digital selling tools preferred.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
