Seasonal Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

Seasonal Part Time Brand Ambassador providing a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor. The role supports sales objectives and brand presentation while serving as an entry point for future leadership opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and engage customers to drive sales and loyalty.
• Meet individual KPIs and utilize tools to support performance (SPH, data capture, Polo Connect).
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house.
• Support operational tasks including floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), opening and closing duties, and visual standards.
• Participate in company trainings and provide product and customer feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, operate a register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
