Part-Time Brand Ambassador delivering personalized and inspiring in-store shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations. The role focuses on driving daily sales goals, supporting company initiatives, utilizing multiple shopping channels and technologies, and representing the brand vision while building customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive customer focus
- Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
- Use multiple shopping channels and technologies to strengthen customer connectivity
- Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
- Maintain sales floor standards and ensure store presentation at all times
- Support alternative purchase processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs and virtual stores
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register and stand, move and walk for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor, stock and dressing areas
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight shifts or travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co-workers
