Summary
Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring in-store shopping experience that supports brand standards and drives sales. This role focuses on customer engagement, teamwork, and supporting store initiatives while developing retail skills and building clientele. The position is seasonal and involves flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Deliver consistent brand aligned customer experiences on the sales floor
- Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
- Utilize digital tools and alternative purchase paths to support sales
- Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
- Provide feedback to management on successes and category opportunities
- Maintain sales floor standards and store presentation at all times
- Operate register and assist customers with transactions and inquiries
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 lbs and moving around the store
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk and work on the sales floor for extended periods
- Ability to operate point of sale systems and support digital shopping tools
- Flexible availability including days, evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate physical activity
- Team player with the ability to build positive working relationships
