Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional one on one client service and styling for womens ready to wear
• Develop and maintain client relationships and follow up on leads
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and track client activity
• Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation standards are maintained
• Manage fitting room and alterations requests with attention to detail
• Process transactions and maintain accurate sales records
• Collaborate with store team to support events and trunk shows

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail or client service experience preferred
• Knowledge of womens fashion and fit for ready to wear
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
