Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling as a part-time Sales Ambassador focused on clienteling and achieving sales goals. Leverage digital tools and CRM to build and maintain lasting customer relationships while supporting store standards and initiatives. This sales role emphasizes product knowledge, thoughtful wardrobe recommendations, and the opportunity to develop into management.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, personalized service and styling recommendations to customers.
• Drive individual and team sales by meeting KPIs and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Use CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling and outreach efforts.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer-centric behaviors and relationship-building skills.
• Maintain store visual standards and support store initiatives, training, hiring, and community outreach.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Comfort using digital sales tools and CRM to support client engagement.
