Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors curate exceptional lifestyle experiences for customers by delivering personalized styling, building lasting client relationships, and supporting store performance. They act as leaders within the store, developing business through wardrobing, outreach, and digital clienteling. This customer-facing role requires strong product knowledge, adaptability for in-person and remote interactions, and a focus on meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with product expertise and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual and team sales by meeting KPIs, leveraging digital tools, and executing clienteling via CRM (Polo connect).
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors, support team training, and help source talent for the store.
• Maintain store visual standards, participate in store and company initiatives, and engage in community outreach.
• Balance tasks across the sales floor, stock/dressing room, and cashwrap to ensure a consistent Ralph Lauren experience.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication and clienteling skills; experience with digital selling tools and CRM preferred.
• Ability to operate the register, stand and walk for extended periods, maneuver around the sales floor, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
