Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. The role supports store initiatives, participates in team training, and promotes brand values while engaging in client outreach and alternative purchasing methods.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support execution of company and store initiatives and uphold store standards
- Participate in and support team training to achieve business results
- Engage clients through creative outreach and broaden product discovery methods
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs
- Maintain exceptional productivity through effective store execution
- Champion brand values and foster a collaborative customer centric environment
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume specialty environment preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, walk, operate register, and maneuver around sales floor for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate physical tasks
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
- Proven track record of building and maintaining positive working relationships
- Planning and prioritization and time management skills
