Summary

The Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring service and helps customers discover Ralph Lauren products and offerings. This customer-focused role supports sales goals and contributes to a positive, inclusive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling assistance, including support in fitting rooms.
• Meet sales objectives and individual performance metrics while connecting customers with available programs and resources.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening or closing tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share customer and product feedback with management, and participate in company training.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
