The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. This role builds lasting client relationships, drives individual and team sales results, and supports the store's standards and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and offer personalized product and styling recommendations.
• Grow personal business through wardrobing, outreach, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team results.
• Build customer relationships, capture client data, and adapt service to in-person or remote interactions.
• Coach colleagues, support training and talent sourcing, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Maintain visual standards, follow company policies, and provide feedback on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to use digital tools for customer interactions and sales is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for multiple hours and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
