Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors provide personalized, inspiring customer experiences and support sales goals in a retail environment. They share product and styling knowledge while helping maintain store standards and contribute to an inclusive, positive team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales objectives and key performance indicators.
• Help customers with styling, product information, fitting room needs, and available programs and offerings.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening and closing tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in training, and share customer and product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
