The Retail Sales Associate helps customers find apparel that suits their style and fit preferences while building lasting customer relationships. The role supports both in-store and digital selling and helps keep the department customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build customer relationships and provide helpful, confident feedback on style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and open new rewards accounts.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process markdowns, and maintain the department.
• Work flexible hours and provide support in other departments when needed.
