Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support store execution of company initiatives and maintain store standards
- Participate in team training and provide feedback to management
- Engage clients through creative outreach and support community initiatives
- Champion brand values and provide a consistent customer experience
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery through QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Maintain productivity through effective store execution and merchandising
- Uphold company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register, stand, walk, and move for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel
- Proven track record building and maintaining positive working relationships
- Planning, prioritization, and time management skills
