Responsibilities

• Drive daily business to achieve sales goals
• Deliver consistent customer experience aligned to brand standards
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Use in-store technology and alternative purchase channels to support sales
• Engage in networking to build clientele and provide feedback to management
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Support product discovery tools such as QR codes and digital catalogs

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to operate cash register and stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift or move up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
