Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, on-brand shopping experience while driving sales and supporting store operations. This customer-focused role requires teamwork, adaptability, and engagement in clienteling and alternative purchase pathways. Ambassadors help execute store initiatives and support a consistent brand presentation to build lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales through proactive customer engagement and achievement of sales goals.
• Support company and store initiatives, training, and use of retail technology such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and ship-to-home.
• Maintain sales floor standards, merchandise presentation, and assist with product discovery via QR codes and digital catalogs.
• Build clientele through networking and provide feedback to management on category opportunities and customer needs.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight shifts or travel as required.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
