Summary

Curate exceptional in-store and remote client experiences by delivering personalized styling recommendations and leveraging digital tools for clienteling. Drive individual sales performance while supporting team goals and upholding brand standards. Serve as a visible leader on the sales floor and an entry point for future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, assess customer needs, and offer tailored product and styling guidance.
• Strategize personal business growth through wardrobing, outreach, and use of digital clienteling tools.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and contribute feedback on category opportunities.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to reinforce customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store and community initiatives.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty or high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and move for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends; experience using digital sales tools preferred.
