Summary
Provide personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor to drive brand experience and sales performance. Act as an entry level team member supporting visual standards, store operations, and customer engagement while learning company programs and policies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as SPH and data capture.
- Support monthly and quarterly sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Perform operational tasks including floor sets and replenishment.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance.
- Provide product feedback to management and support visual merchandising standards.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and maintain back of house processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support a cohesive inclusive team environment.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high volume customer service experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate a register for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver the sales floor and stock areas.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel.
- Ability to follow company procedures and participate in assigned trainings.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
