Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized, inspiring customer experiences while supporting sales goals and store standards. They bring a customer-first mindset, fashion and styling knowledge, and an inclusive, collaborative approach to the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection, styling, and fitting-room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales objectives and key performance indicators, and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales-floor, fitting-room, stockroom, and visual standards while supporting replenishment and floor sets.
• Complete opening and closing duties, operate the register, and follow store policies and procedures.
• Participate in training and share product feedback and category opportunities with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
