Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors provide personalized, inspiring customer service and help create an exceptional shopping experience. They support sales goals, share product and styling knowledge, and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing store team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and support customers throughout the shopping experience, including in fitting rooms.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and customer engagement goals while contributing to store sales plans.
• Educate customers about products, styling, programs, and available offerings.
• Maintain store standards, visual presentation, and sales floor and back-of-house processes.
• Support operational activities, including floor sets, replenishment, and opening and closing duties.
• Participate in company training and provide management with product and category feedback.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, managers, and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.
