As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Ralph Lauren, providing a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. You will play a key role in driving sales and supporting company initiatives, all while embodying the core values of Ralph Lauren.

• Drive business by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and support company initiatives.
• Participate in team training to enhance business results.
• Utilize new technology to drive business results and enhance customer experience.
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and strengthen customer connectivity.
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are consistently met.

• Retail experience or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and handle physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
