Summary

Brand Ambassadors provide personalized, inspiring customer service and contribute to sales goals in a retail store environment. They share product and styling knowledge while supporting an inclusive, customer-first team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and connect customers with relevant programs and offerings.
• Meet individual performance goals and contribute to store sales plans.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor, stockroom, and visual standards.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, store opening and closing tasks, and company training.
• Share product feedback and collaborate with colleagues and management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
