Summary
Provide personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor to drive sales and deliver a premium shopping experience. Act as an entry level role with opportunities for leadership development while supporting store operations and brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Contribute to achieving sales plans and collaborate with the team to uphold brand policies and procedures.
- Engage customers with loyalty programs and educate them on company initiatives and offerings.
- Assist in fitting rooms with sizing and maintain store standards.
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and maintain back of house processes.
- Provide product feedback to management and help maintain visual merchandising standards.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, move for multiple hours and operate a register.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends and occasional travel.
