Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support achievement of sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures.
- Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate them on offerings.
- Assist in fitting rooms with sizing and maintain store standards.
- Maintain store visual standards and execute floor sets and replenishment tasks.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and other operational activities.
- Participate in trainings on product, processes, compliance, and talent development.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate a register for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Willingness to follow company policies and provide product feedback to management.
