Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador creates personalized, inspiring shopping experiences and provides excellent customer service. This role supports sales goals, shares product and styling knowledge, and contributes to an inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-first service and support customers with styling, sizing, and fitting room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards, and support operational activities such as replenishment and floor sets.
• Educate customers about available programs and offerings, and share product feedback with management.
• Complete required training and opening and closing responsibilities while collaborating with colleagues.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
