Summary

The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspiring in-store shopping experience and helps achieve sales goals. This customer-focused role supports store initiatives, builds client relationships, and represents Ralph Lauren brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by placing customers at the center of decisions and engaging in client development.
• Support company initiatives, team training, and new and alternative shopping technologies.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, and share customer, category, and business feedback with management.
• Provide a consistent experience aligned with the store vision and company values.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, remain mobile for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and possible overnight shifts.
