Summary
Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and a personalized shopping experience while supporting store operations and visual standards. This role focuses on driving sales performance, educating customers on programs and products, and contributing to a cohesive team environment. The position requires flexibility to work varied schedules including nights and weekends and to perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in back of house.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support achievement of sales plans through teamwork and adherence to brand policies and procedures.
- Engage customers using the Polo Connect program and educate them on offerings.
- Assist in fitting rooms with sizing and maintain store standards.
- Maintain sales floor and back of house standards, completing opening and closing duties.
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
- Participate in company trainings on product, compliance, and talent development.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume environment experience preferred.
- Effective verbal communication with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing as needed.
- Ability to operate a register and perform point of sale tasks.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
