Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, prioritize the customer, and support store initiatives while developing skills for future leadership roles. They work as team players who are curious, resourceful, and inclusive to drive sales and represent brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer focus
• Support and execute company and store initiatives
• Participate in team training to achieve business results
• Use technology and alternative shopping tools to enhance customer experience
• Engage in networking to build a clientele
• Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and remain standing and moving for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings and weekends
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
