Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first in-store shopping experience that supports sales goals and upholds brand standards. This entry-level role focuses on styling, product knowledge, and creating inspiring interactions to exceed customer expectations. The position includes operational tasks, visual standards, and participation in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling to drive individual KPIs and store performance.
• Engage customers with loyalty programs and capture customer data.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards.
• Support visual merchandising, replenishment, floor sets, and complete opening and closing responsibilities.
• Participate in company trainings and provide product and category feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred with strong communication skills.
• Ability to operate the register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and uphold company policies and visual standards.
