Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations in a high-volume retail environment. This full-time role focuses on driving sales, supporting store initiatives, and engaging clients through both in-store and digital channels. The Brand Ambassador helps execute brand standards, participates in team training, and supports alternative purchasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve profit performance using key tools and resources.
• Support execution of company and store initiatives and maintain store standards.
• Participate in and support team training to deliver business results.
• Engage clients through outreach, community initiatives, and digital/product discovery tools.
• Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home.
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume specialty environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfort using technology and digital selling tools to support omnichannel sales.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts or travel.
• Planning, prioritization, and time-management skills with a proven track record of reliability.
