Full-Time Brand Ambassador focused on delivering personalized, inspiring shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations. Serves as a brand representative on the sales floor, supports store initiatives, and helps broaden customer access through digital and alternative purchasing channels.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit performance by engaging customers and utilizing selling tools
• Support execution of company and store initiatives and maintain store standards
• Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Engage in client outreach, community initiatives, and talent sourcing
• Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and potential travel
• Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills
