Brand Ambassador

Summary

Provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor while supporting store initiatives and team training. This entry-level role focuses on driving sales performance, engaging clients, and representing brand standards in an in-store environment. The Brand Ambassador supports alternative purchasing channels and contributes to store execution and community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and profit performance by engaging customers and driving transactions
• Support store execution of company initiatives and maintain sales floor standards
• Participate in team training and share feedback to management on opportunities
• Engage clients through outreach and community initiatives to broaden customer connectivity
• Support alternative purchasing processes and digital product discovery (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home, QR codes)
• Assist with merchandising, productivity standards, and daily store operations

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register and maneuver around the sales floor for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. and work in stock/dressing room and cashwrap areas
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel
• Planning, prioritization and time-management skills
