Summary

Seasonal Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience in store, helping to drive daily and monthly sales goals. This part-time role supports Ralph Lauren brand standards and new retail technology while building client relationships. The position is an entry-level opportunity with potential for future leadership growth.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to drive sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Support and execute company and store initiatives and training
• Utilize digital selling tools and alternative purchase methods (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home)
• Maintain sales floor standards, visual presentation, and product discovery tools
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and category opportunities

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty experience preferred
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel
• Ability to work collaboratively with store team and support brand expectations
