Summary
Provide personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor while supporting store operations and visual standards. Act as an entry point for future leadership by meeting sales objectives, representing brand initiatives, and contributing to an inclusive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs including sales per hour and data capture.
- Support monthly and quarterly sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Perform operational tasks such as floor sets and replenishment.
- Use Polo Connect and other tools to connect customers to programs and initiatives.
- Maintain store visual standards and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and BOH tasks as required.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, compliance, and talent development.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate the register for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Capable of balancing multiple tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.
