Summary

Brand Ambassadors provide personalized, inspiring customer experiences while supporting sales goals and maintaining store standards. This customer-focused role collaborates with teammates and demonstrates fashion and styling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and help customers with product selection, styling, and fitting-room needs.
• Meet individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans and customer engagement initiatives.
• Maintain sales-floor and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks.
• Participate in training, share product feedback with management, and contribute to an inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
