Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as SPH and data capture.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and uphold brand standards.
- Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate them on available offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store presentation and standards.
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and maintain back of house processes.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and talent development.
- Provide product feedback to management and collaborate with colleagues.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume customer service experience preferred.
- Effective verbal communication skills with customers and team members.
- Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing as needed.
- Ability to operate register and perform cash wrap duties.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
