Summary
The Retail Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, builds client relationships, maintains product knowledge, and works to achieve sales targets in a luxury eyewear boutique. The role supports omnichannel customer experiences and contributes to store presentation and minor repairs. This is a full-time, in-store position requiring flexibility for evenings weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized product recommendations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products trends warranties and optical add-on features
- Build and maintain client relationships including follow-up communication
- Meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Assist with minor adjustments and repairs
- Support omnichannel customer service across online and in-store platforms
- Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing sales floor and back of house
- Adhere to brand policies procedures and participate in training
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail sales experience preferably in eyewear or luxury retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client relationship ability
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive results
- Team-player who is adaptable supportive respectful and open to feedback
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
