Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor. They drive daily sales goals, represent brand standards, and support store initiatives while building client relationships. This entry-level role serves as a foundation for future leadership opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement.
• Deliver consistent, brand-aligned customer experiences on the sales floor.
• Utilize "More Ways to Shop" and digital tools to support alternative purchasing (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home).
• Participate in team training and collaborate to execute business results.
• Engage in clienteling and networking to build and maintain a clientele.
• Support product discovery through QR codes, digital catalogs and in-store merchandising.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and customer needs.
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are met at all times.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate POS, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift/maneuver up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members.
