Summary

The Part Time Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, customer-first shopping experience that supports store sales goals and the Ralph Lauren brand. This entry-level retail role focuses on engaging customers, building clientele, and supporting store operations and company initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business and achieve sales goals through proactive customer engagement.
• Provide a consistent, on-brand customer experience and support store vision.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training to execute business results.
• Utilize digital and alternative selling tools including Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI and Ship to Home.
• Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs and virtual stores.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and provide feedback to management on opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume or specialty environment.
• Strong customer communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
