Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-time Brand Ambassador focused on delivering personalized and inspiring shopping experiences while supporting store initiatives and driving sales through customer engagement and product discovery. Role involves teamwork, use of retail technology, and contributing feedback to management to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Provide a consistent brand-aligned customer experience on the sales floor
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize retail technology and alternative purchasing processes to facilitate sales
• Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times
• Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and be on feet for multiple hours
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members
