Responsibilities
- Confidently present products to clients using storytelling and technical detail while maintaining a hospitable atmosphere.
- Build, maintain, and develop a clientele through the company CRM with a focus on relationship building.
- Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge for collections and showroom pieces.
- Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
- Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines and turn clients over to other team members as needed.
- Complete administrative tasks and use company systems, hardware, and software independently.
- Receive and deliver client repairs and handle related responsibilities.
- Comply with company guidelines, policies, and procedures and assist team members as required.
- Business-related travel as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience.
- Excellent storytelling, client service, selling, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and ability to work as a team.
- Computer literate (MS Office) and able to use CRM and showroom systems.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift packages/boxes when needed.
