Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor and supports store performance. This entry-level, part-time retail role focuses on driving sales, maintaining store standards, and representing brand styling and product knowledge. The role contributes to team KPIs and supports operational tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and a personalized shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and support store sales goals.
• Connect customers to the Polo Connect program and educate on brand initiatives and offerings.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards.
• Support operational activities including floor sets, replenishment, opening and closing tasks.
• Maintain visual standards and share product or category feedback with management.
• Participate in company trainings and talent development opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and assist with fitting rooms.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and maneuvering around sales floor and back-of-house areas.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
