Summary

Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales and clienteling, and supporting store operations in a retail environment. The role focuses on product knowledge, styling guidance, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere to achieve commercial KPIs. Must be flexible to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide exceptional guest experience and ensure the store is guest ready
• Build sales through styling expertise and product knowledge
• Engage in clienteling and cultivate new and existing client relationships
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
• Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Experience generating sales and developing client relations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
