Selling Specialist

Summary

The Selling Specialist supports the Sales and Education Executive by providing sales support and communication across an assigned territory at Sephora and Ulta stores. The role focuses on driving sales, executing in-store events, and maintaining merchandising standards. Travel within the territory and flexible availability, including weekends, are required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales goals and sales per hour targets in assigned stores.
• Support execution of in-store events to drive ROI and event sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Sephora/Ulta beauty advisors and store leadership.
• Provide client service and in-store support while representing the brand.
• Ensure merchandising standards for wallbays, counters, endcaps, and displays are maintained.
• Maintain regular store call cycle, manage schedule and travel, and report daily sales and merchandising issues to the executive.

Requirements

• Beauty industry experience required; experience in Sephora/Ulta environment preferred.
• Weekend availability (Thursday-Sunday) and flexible hours.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive sales approach and ability to promote the brand.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel within the territory.
