Interior Design Consultant - Marin Gallery

Summary

Design Consultants provide a luxury experience for RH clientele by assessing needs of walk-in clients in the Gallery and collaborating with RH Interior Design to deliver curated solutions. They own the client relationship from initial contact through product delivery, drive sales and client growth, and uphold gallery visual and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury client experience through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
• Represent the RH lifestyle brand through professional communication and appearance
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Art, Architecture or Interior Design background and relevant experience preferred
• People- and relationship-driven with strong organizational and collaborative skills
• Results-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery, stock room and office; prolonged standing and regular bending/stooping
• Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
