Dior Shoe Ambassador

Summary

The Dior Shoe Ambassador supports the Dior shoe business within a leased department, delivering exceptional client service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising. The role partners with store teams to drive sales performance while managing daily boutique operations and POS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized client service and brand storytelling to elevate the customer experience and drive sales.
• Collaborate with leased department store teams to recruit clients, train sellers, and offer styling guidance.
• Execute and maintain Dior visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Perform POS transactions accurately, including dual-ring procedures and sales reconciliation.
• Manage inventory tasks: cycle counts, stock audits, shipments, transfers, returns, and stockroom organization.
• Complete daily and weekly reporting, supply ordering, and boutique opening/closing procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail operations, cashier, or sales support experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly move, lift, and handle merchandise and fixtures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
