Summary

As a Sales Associate, you will represent the Jimmy Choo brand by delivering an elevated customer experience and building lasting client relationships. The role requires strong product knowledge, a focus on sales performance, and the ability to provide exceptional service both during and after the sale. You will also perform key-holder duties and help maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated customer experience during and after the sale
• Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships
• Partner with management to achieve sales targets
• Maintain high level of product knowledge and use proper product terminology
• Act as a brand ambassador and proactively foster customer relationships
• Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are maintained
• Fulfill key-holder responsibilities including opening/closing, cash handling, and financial duties

Requirements

• 2+ years of luxury retail experience with established clientele
• Self-starter with the ability to drive results
• Curious, motivated, and able to engage customers effectively
• Customer service focused with a passion for client and community engagement
• Technologically savvy with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to multitask
